The Lunch & Learns will focus around methods and concepts that increase profits, productivity, employee ownership and improve customer perception. There will be three (3) Lunch and Learns held during 2017. The topics for 2017 are:
1. Total Quality Management - held on 3/31/17
2. Problem Solving – held on 6/9/17
3. Voice of the Customer - Scheduled for 11/15/2017
In this lunch and learn we will discuss what is Voice of Customer, relation to six sigma, how does it benefit an organization and what are some methods to capture what “my” customer is saying in order to identify what can be done to increase customer perception of the service or product provided.
